Normal orders are dispatched mid-month. Place your order by the 10th to secure same-month shipment. - How long does delivery take in Australia?
Once arrived in Australia, Australia Post delivers in 2–3 working days. SKYNET takes 7–10 working days to bring the order to Australia. - Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping is available globally for individual dresses with an extra fee. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days after dispatch. - What about pre-orders or heavy made-to-order dresses?
These may take up to 6 weeks depending on brand availability and dress type. - Can I place an order after the 10th of the month?
Yes, orders are always open, but late orders may be dispatched in the next batch depending on brand stock. You always have the option to get most dresses within 7–10 days via Express Delivery. (Some made-to-order articles that require extra preparation time are an exception.)
