We offer three types of shipping, depending on the product category:
- Ready to Ship (In-Stock – Australia)
- Monthly Shipment (PRET & Standard Items)
- Pre-Orders / Heavy Made-to-Order Dresses
Each product clearly falls into one category only.
🚀 Ready to Ship (In-Stock – Australia)
These items are already available in Australia and listed separately under the READY TO SHIP collection.
• Dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Delivered via Australia Post
• No monthly shipment wait time applies
📦 Ideal for urgent orders and last-minute purchases.
📦 Monthly Shipment (Australia)
All items not marked as “Ready to Ship” follow our monthly shipment model.
• Shipments leave Pakistan between the 15th–17th of each month
• Orders arrive in Australia by the last week of the month
• Dispatch or pickup follows arrival in Australia

📦 Delivery: Australia-wide shipping available
🗓 Order Cut-Off (Monthly Shipment)
• Orders placed by the 10th–12th of the month are usually included in the same month’s shipment
• Orders placed after this window may move to the next shipment, depending on brand availability
🧵 Ready-to-Wear vs Pre-Orders
Ready-to-Wear (PRET):
• Included in the upcoming monthly shipment if ordered by the cut-off
Pre-Orders / Heavy or Made-to-Order Dresses:
• May take up to 6 weeks for production before shipping
• Timeline depends on brand, fabric, and embroidery requirements
⚡ Express Shipping (Australia & Global)
Express Shipping is available for selected individual dresses only.
• Delivery time: 7–10 days after dispatch
• Extra shipping fee applies
• Dispatch depends on brand availability
• Not available for some heavy or made-to-order articles

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees as per local regulations.

1. Is this item in stock?
Only items listed under READY TO SHIP are physically in stock in Australia.
All other items follow our monthly shipment or pre-order model.
2. What does “Ready to Ship” mean?
Ready to Ship items are already available in Australia and are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
3. When will my order be shipped if it’s not Ready to Ship?
Orders are shipped via monthly consolidated shipments leaving Pakistan between the 15th–17th of each month.
4. Are Ready-to-Wear (PRET) items faster?
Yes. PRET items ordered by the 10th–12th of the month are included in the upcoming shipment.
5. Do pre-orders or heavy dresses take longer?
Yes. Pre-orders, heavy formals, and made-to-order dresses may take up to 6 weeks, depending on brand and dress type.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express Shipping is available for selected items only at an additional cost, subject to brand availability.
7. Can I place an order after the 10th of the month?
Yes. Orders remain open at all times. However, orders placed after the cut-off may move to the next shipment cycle, unless Express Shipping is selected and available.
