We at Get Dressed Australia take great pride in delivering premium, 100% original branded Pakistani fashion worldwide. As part of our commitment to quality and transparency, please review our returns and exchange policy below:

1. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in rare circumstances such as:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Item received is not the same as ordered

To be eligible for a refund, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video/proof. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

2. What about change of mind or size issues?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preferences. To assist with sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges may be offered only for:

  • In-stock items within Australia
  • Items with manufacturing defects (reported within 7 days of delivery)

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

4. What cannot be returned or exchanged?

  • Customized or stitched articles
  • Pre-orders or luxury wear made on request
  • International orders (unless faulty)
  • Items without original tags, packaging, or those that appear worn or used
  • 2% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. What is your return process?

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence where needed.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange eligibility.

6. Is shipping cost refundable?

No, shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all return and re-shipping fees.
