📄 Terms of Service – Get Dressed Australia

By using our website, you agree to the terms below. These conditions govern shopping with Get Dressed Australia and help us serve you better.

  1. Orders & Payments
    • All orders must be paid in full in advance. We accept bank transfers and secure online payment gateways.
    • COD is available only as a store pick-up option. Place your order online, then pay in cash when you collect from our pick-up point. We do not offer door-to-door COD.
    • Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Proof of payment may be requested.
    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
  2. Product Information
    • We only sell 100% original branded Pakistani clothing. We do not deal in replicas.
    • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
    • Minor variations in embellishments may occur based on market availability but will always match the product’s look and quality.
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    • In-Stock (Australia): Orders are dispatched mid-month. Place your order by the 10th to secure same-month shipment. Delivery within Australia takes 2–3 working days via Australia Post.
    • Economical Shipping: Orders are dispatched once a month, usually in the middle of the month. SKYNET takes 7–10 working days to bring the order to Australia. Once arrived, delivery within Australia takes an additional 2–3 working days via Australia Post.
    • Express Shipping: Available globally for individual dresses at an extra fee. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days after dispatch. Note: Dispatching depends on the arrival of the dress from the brand. Pre-orders and heavy made-to-order dresses may take up to 6 weeks.
    • Late Orders: Orders placed after the 10th may be dispatched in the next batch depending on brand stock. However, you always have the option to get most dresses within 7–10 days via Express Delivery. (Some made-to-order articles that require more time to be prepared are an exception.)   4. Returns & Exchanges
    • Refunds are only offered if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video required).
    • No refunds/exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, pre-orders, or custom-stitched items.
    • Exchanges may be possible for faulty, in-stock items within 7 days (Australia only). Return shipping costs apply.

    • If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you within 7 days so you can choose an alternative or request a refund.
