1. Is this item in stock?
Only items listed under READY TO SHIP are physically in stock in Australia.
All other items follow our monthly shipment or pre-order model.
2. What does âReady to Shipâ mean?
Ready to Ship items are already available in Australia and are dispatched within 1â3 business days.
3. When will my order be shipped if itâs not Ready to Ship?
Orders are shipped via monthly consolidated shipments leaving Pakistan between the 15thâ17th of each month.
4. Are Ready-to-Wear (PRET) items faster?
Yes. PRET items ordered by the 10thâ12th of the month are included in the upcoming shipment.
5. Do pre-orders or heavy dresses take longer?
Yes. Pre-orders, heavy formals, and made-to-order dresses may take up to 6 weeks, depending on brand and dress type.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express Shipping is available for selected items only at an additional cost, subject to brand availability.
7. Can I place an order after the 10th of the month?
Yes. Orders remain open at all times. However, orders placed after the cut-off may move to the next shipment cycle, unless Express Shipping is selected and available.
