A: Absolutely โ€” we only sell authentic branded Pakistani clothing; no replicas.

Shipping & Delivery

Q3. How long is delivery to Australia (e.g., Sydney/Melbourne)?
A: In-stock items deliver within 3โ€“5 business days via Australia Post; Ready-to-Ship -Express Delivery from Pakistan takes 7โ€“10 days; Normal shipping takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives in our Australian wearhouse that could take upto a month. Q4. How long do pre-orders, luxury, or custom-stitched items take?
A: Expect 4โ€“8 weeks, depending on brand production times and logistics.

Q5. Do I pay duties, GST, or taxes?
A: Yes, any duties or import taxes are your responsibility and are calculated by your local customs.

Q6. What are the shipping costs?

Australia: from AUD $10 (based on weight).

Pakistan: local shipping is discounted.

International: calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Payment & Reservation

Q7. Is the item reserved when added to cart?
A: No โ€” items are only reserved when your order is paid in full. Checkout quickly, especially during high-demand periods.

Q8. Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD) within Australia?
A: COD is available only as a store pick-up option. Place your order online, then pay in cash when you collect from our pick-up point. We do not offer door-to-door COD.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Q9. What is your refunds or exchange policy?
A: Refunds only for defective or wrong items. No change-of-mind returns or exchanges, especially for international ordersโ€”unless faulty. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days, and return postage is on the customer. Check our REFUND POLICY

Q10. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement and depend on approval.ย

Q11. Can I request stitching changes or custom additions?
A: Yes โ€” we offer minor customizations (like adjusting trouser length or adding a dupatta) on select items. Contact us before ordering to discuss.

A: Yes ย โ€” we offer expert stitching service for all kinds of dresses. Simple, Fancy, Maxi, Lehenga etc. Check our STITCHING SERVICE

Q13. How do I care for embellished items like beadwork or sequins?
A: We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand-washing in cold water. Always handle embellished areas with care and avoid machine-washing.
